Tony House, Options Mentor

Tony earned a B.A. from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis., and began his career on the CBOE with A.G. Becker in 1976. Following the blueprint known as the “Chicago Tradition”, Tony learned from the bottom up, progressing from runner to phone clerk to floor broker.

In 1981, Tony joined C.L. Glazer and Co., where he spent six years as general partner and head trader on the CBOE.

In 1987, Tony embarked on a nearly 20 year career as an independent floor trader, making markets in both index (OEX) and equity (IBM, MRK and others) options pits.

In addition to mentoring students with the Chicago School of Trading, Tony is presently a principal with i2i Analytics. He creates and executes option overlay strategies for indivuals to enhance and protect both concentrated stock positions and diversified stock portfolios.
