You provide personal information to us through the registration process.  We use your information to educate you, to improve our client services and provide new services or products. We use personal information in ways we believe to be compatible with the purpose for which the information was collected. If you do not provide the information requested during the registration process you will not be permitted to register.

The Chicago School of Trading only grants non exclusive and limited use of the information it provides to third parties. 
Any right of a third party to distribute, transfer, transmit, or re-sell The Chicago School of Trading, LLC’s information is prohibited. No third party ever collects personal information on our behalf.
We reserve the right to disclose your personal information in certain circumstances where we feel that disclosure is required by law. Additionally, you may have other protections under applicable state law with regard to the disclosure of your personal information.

PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
The services of The Chicago School of Trading, LLC are payable online and may purchased through the use of a credit card, Pay Pal or other on-line payment systems. Our servers are secure and transmit all online credit card or payment transactions in an encrypted format. The Chicago School of Trading, LLC does not store credit card numbers or other payment information.
 
SECURITY
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information, to protect the security of your online sessions and to protect our systems from unauthorized access .Our employees are authorized to use your personal information only for business purposes and are required to treat your personal information as confidential.

All video conferencing sessions between you and your mentor are  recorded and maintained for quality control and product development purposes. The recordings are the sole and exclusive property of The Chicago School of Trading LLC.
 
All materials provided to you and communications between you, The Chicago School of Trading, and your mentor are intended solely for your use. You may not authorize the use of materials or viewing of any communications by any other person or entity.
 
You understand that any and all information and material provided to you in connection with The Chicago School of Trading, LLC’s courses and mentoring sessions are for informational purposes only and are designed solely to educate you. You understand that the information presented does not constitute trading or other advice regarding the purchase or sale of any futures, options, securities or other financial products or services. Nothing is intended to be an investment recommendation, financial, tax or legal advice.
 
The Chicago School of Trading, LLC, its instructors, and mentors may not provide trading or other advice regarding the purchase or sale of any futures, options, securities or other financial product or services.
 
You are provided with a confidential password upon registration. You shall keep your password confidential, and if you believe that password is no longer confidential you shall notify The Chicago School of Trading, LLC immediately.  
 
Refunds of the full $5,000.00 purchase price are available for 48 hours after registration. After 48 hours have passed, the $5,000.00 purchase price is non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The Chicago School of Trading, LLC may offer promotional prices and special offers from time to time. Promotional prices and special offers do not apply to previous purchases.
 
Any dispute or claim arising out of your relationship with The Chicago School of Trading, LCC, its principals or agents, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
